Sara Martin—Account/Project Manager

Sara Martin is the classic “start at the bottom, work your way up” success story. She began with Stratton-Carpenter & Associates as an administrative assistant then office manager now account/project manager. She has worked on energy, health care, labor, environment, financial services and numerous other issues.

She manages numerous grass-roots/tops accounts and takes the lead on most events that Stratton-Carpenter & Associates conducts. Sara has been involved in a number of Democratic Governors Association, National Governors Association and local and national campaign activities. She has great work-ethic and eye for detail.

Originally from Vermont, where she graduated from Champlain College, Sara has extensive experience with grassroots campaigns and customer service, as well as a strong background in communications and public relations.

Kathryn Raynes—Office Manager and Accounting Supervisor

Kathryn Raynes has served Stratton & Associates since 1994, providing administrative support in both the political arena and real estate development. Her duties have included scheduling, event planning and coordination, financial organization, and bookkeeping.

Kathryn is a University of Northern Colorado graduate. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Alliance of Independent Midwives (CAIM), as Legislative Chairperson.

Mark Raynes—Office Manager and IT Advisor

Mark Raynes, along with Kathryn, is the man behind the scenes. He provides technical and administrative support for Stratton & Associates, and serves as the office manager for the Downing Street offices. He is the computer administrator for Stratton & Associates.

Mark attended the University of Idaho and the University of Northern Colorado. He is also a professional musician, and a consultant for Yamaha Corporation of America.
